We are looking for an organized and technically competent specialist who will coordinate contractors’ work at properties, monitor the quality and timely completion of technical and repair works, and ensure effective interaction among all participants involved in the processes.

- Coordination and supervision of contractors’ work at properties (electricians, plumbers, mechanics, handymen, and other technical specialists)

- Coordination and supervision of repair, service, and technical works at residential and commercial properties

- Monitoring the quality and deadlines of work performed by contracting organizations

- Conducting regular property inspections and identifying technical malfunctions

- Interaction with management companies, service providers, and contractors

- Monitoring compliance with technical standards and safety requirements

- Participation in planning preventive maintenance and repair works

- Coordination of procurement of necessary materials and equipment

- Maintaining reports on completed works and property statuses

- Prompt resolution of technical, organizational, and emergency situations at properties

- Monitoring the timely elimination of comments and defects

- Maintaining effective communication between contractors, tenants, and the company’s internal departments

Requirements:

- Higher engineering education

- At least 5 years of experience in real estate operations, maintenance/facility management, construction, technical coordination, or technical supervision

- Experience in interacting with and coordinating contractors

- Understanding of building engineering systems (electrical, plumbing, ventilation, mechanical systems, etc.)

- Ability to read technical documentation and navigate drawings

- Experience in performing administrative tasks, including report preparation, document management, and monitoring the status of work completion

- Skills in preparing technical and operational reports

- Attention to documentation and the ability to systematically manage administrative processes

- Organizational skills, a systematic approach, and the ability to prioritize

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build working relationships with contractors and colleagues

- Ability to respond promptly to emerging technical issues

- Proficient user of MS Office

- Knowledge of Russian and English is mandatory; knowledge of Greek will be an advantage
