We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join our hospitality team at our hotel in Larnaca. You will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Supervision: Oversee daily operations of room attendants and house persons on assigned floors.
Inspections: Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to ensure pristine cleanliness.
Inventory Control: Monitor linen supplies, cleaning chemicals, and guest amenities on each floor.Training: Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating new and existing housekeeping staff.
Reporting: Report maintenance issues, maintenance requests, and lost-and-found items immediately.
Requirements Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant.
Language Skills: Fluent English is required. Greek or Russian language skills are a strong plus.
Leadership: Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team.Detail: Exceptional eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Flexibility: Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
