As part of our expansion in Cyprus, we are looking for a Financial Operations / Banking Support Specialist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

* Communication with banks, EMI institutions, payment providers, and international partners;

* Assistance with onboarding processes and corporate account-related procedures;

* Preparation and review of financial and corporate documentation;

* Coordination of KYC / AML documentation and operational requests;

* Support in maintaining relationships with financial institutions and external providers;

* Monitoring operational and administrative financial processes;

* Assisting with compliance-related tasks and internal procedures;

* Managing business correspondence and communication with international counterparties;

* Supporting cross-border operational activities and documentation flow.

Requirements

* Previous experience in banking, fintech, EMI, payments, compliance, financial operations, or corporate services;

* Understanding of KYC / AML procedures and financial documentation;

* Strong communication and organizational skills;

* English level B2+ (written and spoken);

* Ability to work with confidential information and international partners;

* Attention to detail and ability to multitask;

* Knowledge of financial regulations or experience with regulated institutions will be considered an advantage.
