We are seeking a reliable Handyman / Driver to support our portfolio of Airbnb and Booking.com properties in Nicosia.

Responsibilities:

Deliver and collect linen between properties and laundry facilities

Perform basic maintenance and repairs

Assemble furniture and install equipment

Replace light bulbs, batteries, locks and small fixtures

Assist cleaners with operational needs

Transport supplies and consumables to apartments

Report maintenance issues and property damages

Requirements:

Valid driving licence

Basic handyman / maintenance skills

Ability to lift and move linen and supplies

Reliable, organized and trustworthy

Good communication skills

Previous maintenance experience is an advantage
