📋 Responsibilities:

• Managing projects from scratch through to commissioning

• Developing and monitoring project schedules

• Working with suppliers: sourcing, conducting tenders, and negotiating contracts

• Monitoring material delivery timelines

• Coordinating and approving project estimates with all stakeholders

• Ensuring quality control and compliance with approved designs

• Preparing weekly project reports

✅ Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a site supervisor, foreman, construction manager, or project manager

• Experience working in Cyprus will be considered an advantage

• Proficiency in English and Russian (Greek will be considered an advantage)
