Responsibilities:

* General property maintenance and repairs

* Painting and minor renovation works

* Plumbing and electrical repairs (basic)

* Preparing apartments and offices for handover

* Inspecting and maintaining company properties

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role

* Good knowledge of general maintenance works

* Valid driving licence
