Call center representative

Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, an international Fintech, is seeking to recruit a Call Center Representative to join their team at the Head Office in Nicosia. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customer service operations by handling customer enquiries, transactions, and requests in an efficient, accurate, and professional manner. Key Responsibilities • Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels • Process customer transactions and requests accurately and efficiently • Provide information and support regarding products and services • Deliver a high level of customer service through professional and timely communication • Perform administrative and operational support duties as required • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Follow company procedures, service standards, and compliance requirements • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective resolution of customer requests Requirements • High School Certificate • Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages such as Dutch, German, French, or Hebrew will be considered an advantage • Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Previous experience in customer service or call centre operations will be considered an advantage Benefits • Gross monthly salary of €1,200 • 13th Salary • Monthly bonus of €100 for working at least two weekends per month • Annual retention bonus of €1,200 • Provident Fund after successful completion of the probation period Working Pattern • 5-day working week (40 hours), operating on a rotational shift schedule between 08:00 and 21:00, Monday to Sunday Applications Interested candidates are invited to send their CV quoting the reference number MP02-0626-CCR. The successful candidate will support the accounting and finance department by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with customer and operational support activities.
