The role - Principal Responsibilities

• Ensure invoices are issued accurately and timely

• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are properly recorded

• Monitor expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions

• Review requests and advise of potential over-expenditures or misappropriation

• Assisting and supporting with the reconciliation of payment transactions, whilst dealing with queries swiftly and effectively.

• Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and update the Company’s software.

• Providing general administrative and accountancy support.

• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications / requirements
