Lux Apartments (Alexander Kulikov Lux Apartments Ltd) is a fast-growing short-term rental company in Larnaca (Mackenzie and city area) — currently expanding to 15 holiday apartments. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Head Housekeeper.

This is not a standard cleaning job: you clean independently AND take ownership of the entire housekeeping operation.

YOUR ROLE:

- Turnover cleanings between guest stays, based on our booking calendar — you organize your own schedule

- Linen and laundry logistics (bed linen, towels)

- Keep consumables stocked (toiletries, coffee, cleaning supplies) and track inventory

- Quality check after each stay: report damages or missing items with photos, handle small fixes yourself

- As we grow: help hire, train and coordinate additional cleaners

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS — out of respect for your time, please only apply if you meet all of these:

1. At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in holiday rentals or hotels

2. Driving licence AND your own car (apartments are spread across Larnaca)

3. Legal right to work in Cyprus — we cannot offer visa sponsorship

4. Good English (our team communicates in English)

5. Already living in or around Larnaca, and available for weekend work (changeover days follow the booking calendar, days off rotate during the week)

NICE TO HAVE: references from previous employers, experience training or coordinating other cleaners, Greek, Russian or German.

Please note: accommodation is NOT included — the salary is set so you can afford your own place.

WHAT WE OFFER:

- Full-time position, EUR 1,300–1,500 gross per month depending on experience

- Official employment in accordance with Cyprus labour law (social insurance, GeSY, paid annual leave)

- Real growth path: as the portfolio grows, you grow into a Housekeeping Manager role

- Stable year-round employment — not seasonal

- Start date: as soon as possible
