Anastasia Beach Hotel is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Front Office team. If you enjoy working with people, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about delivering outstanding guest service, we would love to hear from you.

Duties

• Welcoming guests with a warm and professional attitude

• Managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently

• Handling reservations, room allocations, and guest requests

• Providing information about the hotel, facilities, and local attractions

• Answering phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly

• Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records

• Coordinating with Housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Resolving guest concerns professionally and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer service position will be considered an advantage

• Excellent knowledge of English language (additional languages will be considered an advantage)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Computer literacy (knowledge of hotel PMS systems will be considered an advantage)

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure

• EU citizens only
