Comitela LTD is looking for a Project Manager in construction

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who will be responsible for the implementation of construction and renovation projects in Cyprus - from planning to handover to the customer.

Main tasks:

▪️ full project management

▪️ budget, deadline and quality control

▪️ coordination of subcontractors and suppliers

▪️ organization of procurement

▪️ control of compliance of works with documentation and standards

▪️ maintenance of technical documentation and reporting

▪️ communication with customers

▪️ operative resolution of technical and organizational issues

Requirements:

✔️ 3 years of experience in construction project management

✔️ implemented projects with a budget of over €200,000

✔️ mandatory portfolio

✔️ knowledge of construction technologies and processes

✔️ Google Sheets and AutoCAD

✔️ fluent English

✔️ Greek will be an advantage

✔️ strong organizational and leadership skills
