This hybrid role combines management with advanced diagnostics and repair work.Job ResponsibilitiesWorkshop Operations:Oversee day-to-day service operations and staff scheduling.Ensure timely, high-quality repairs for scooters, EVs, and traditional cars.Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards.Technical Repairs:Perform expert diagnostics and repairs.Test vehicles post-repair for accuracy and safety.Stay updated on EV systems and diagnostic tools.Team Development:Train and mentor mechanics and junior technicians.Conduct regular technical briefings and workshops.Customer Communication:Support service advisors with technical explanations.Handle complex customer concerns professionally.Inventory & Equipment:Manage tool calibration, workshop equipment, and parts stock.Liaise with suppliers for EV and petrol parts availability.Compliance & Documentation:Ensure service records, warranties, and quality checks are maintained.RequirementsDegree or diploma in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering.5+ years of hands-on repair experience; 2+ years in leadership.Skilled in EV systems and conventional powertrains.ASE or manufacturer-specific certifications preferred.Skills:High-level technical and problem-solving ability.Team leadership and time management.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary + bonusStaff discounts on services and partsTools and training provided
