Sales & Growth Associate (Startup | Commission-Based Initially)

**Location:** Limassol (Location Flexibility working with weekly meetings)

We're an early-stage startup looking for a **Sales & Growth Associate** to help us connect with new customers and grow the business.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, is confident and proactive, and wants to gain hands-on experience in sales within a startup environment.

Because we're in the early stages, this role is **commission-based initially**. As the Business grows, there is the opportunity for the role to evolve into a paid position with greater responsibilities.

## What You'll Do

* Reach out to potential customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

* Identify and qualify new business opportunities.

* Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.

* Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships.

* Work closely with the founders to improve our sales strategy.

* Help shape how sales and growth are built from the ground up.

## Who We're Looking For

We're not looking for years of experience. We're looking for the right mindset.

You might be a great fit if you are:

* A university student or recent graduate.

* A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people.

* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

* Reliable, organized, and professional.

* Curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback.

* Interested in startups, business, and personal development.

Experience in sales is a plus, but it's not required.

## What You'll Gain

* Real sales experience from day one.

* Direct mentorship from the founders.

* The opportunity to contribute to the growth of a startup.

* Flexibility around your university schedule (where possible).

* Performance-based commission with no cap.

* The possibility of transitioning into a long-term paid role as the company grows.

## A Note About This Opportunity

We believe in being transparent.

This is **not** a traditional salaried position. As an early-stage startup, we are offering a **commission-only role initially**. We're looking for someone who understands the realities of building something from the ground up and is excited by the opportunity to grow alongside the business.

If you're looking for immediate stability and a fixed salary, this role probably isn't the right fit. If you're excited about learning, taking ownership, and helping build something meaningful, we'd love to hear from you.

**Interested?** Send us your CV along with a few sentences about yourself and why this opportunity caught your attention.
