Context A new kind of platform for charity-driven lottery, built by a small, senior, distributed team — a Python microservices backend plus React apps. This is the hands-on technical lead: sets technical direction across the stack, owns the AI support bot, and keeps the services working together. What you'll own • Technical leadership — architecture across the microservices backend and the React apps; cross-service design; code review; conventions; unblocking the team. • AI support bot — the LangGraph pipeline, RAG over pgvector, OpenRouter model orchestration, the Admin-side model/flow management, and prompt/response quality + evaluation; plus the support-chat frontend. • Fullstack delivery across FastAPI (backend) and React/TanStack (frontend). • Close partnership with the Platform Engineer on deployment and reliability (without owning DevOps day-to-day). Must-have • Senior fullstack in production — Python/FastAPI and React/TypeScript. • LLM application experience — agent/RAG pipelines (LangGraph or comparable), vector search, prompt engineering, model orchestration (OpenRouter/OpenAI/Gemini), and evaluation. • Technical leadership — owns cross-service architecture, reviews, mentors; pragmatic and decisive. • PostgreSQL; Docker; microservices. • Languages: professional working English required; Russian a strong plus. Nice-to-have • pgvector / RAG at scale; OpenRouter; agent frameworks. • DevOps / K8s literacy (transitional, until the Platform Engineer fully owns it). • iGaming / fintech domain. First 90 days Hold the technical direction across backend + frontend; ship a meaningful improvement to the AI support bot (quality/eval or a new capability); establish and keep review standards.

Context A new kind of platform for charity-driven lottery, moving real money in production (live in LatAm), built by a small distributed team. QA covers the money and gaming flows across the player app, cashier, operator admin, and backend APIs. What you'll own • Test strategy + execution across the platform — player Webapp, web Cashier, operator Admin, and the backend APIs. • Money-path QA — wallet/ledger, payments, settlements: the flows where correctness matters most. • Integration testing — game-provider and notification (SMS / WhatsApp / email / push) flows. • Regression + release gating — suites, bug triage, sign-off before deploys. • Automation — grow the end-to-end harness toward automated coverage. Must-have • Proven QA on web apps + APIs — test design, manual execution, structured bug reporting. • API testing (REST/OpenAPI) with tools like Postman / httpx / pytest. • Discipline in test planning, regression, release gating, triage. • Sharp edge-case instinct in a money / regulated domain. • Languages: professional working English required; Russian a strong plus. Nice-to-have • Test automation — Playwright/Cypress (React) and/or pytest (backend), wired into CI. • iGaming / fintech / payments QA; wallet or reconciliation testing. • Basic performance / security testing. • Reading observability (Grafana / Metabase) to verify behavior. First 90 days Own the regression + release-gating process; stand up or extend automated E2E coverage on a money-critical flow.

Context A Python 3.13 microservices platform (uv workspace) behind a charity-driven lottery product operating with real money in production (live in LatAm). The wallet/ledger, payments, and settlement code is there — double-entry, idempotent, reconciled. We're a startup, and as we grow we're hiring a senior to own and evolve the money core. What you'll own • The wallet / ledger — double-entry accounting, idempotency, reconciliation, combined bank + cash flows, settlement requests. • Payment integrations (incl. a local QR provider) and the payment/settlement services; the in-flight wallet extraction out of the API. • PostgreSQL design with transactional rigor — isolation, locking, indexing, migrations (Alembic). • FastAPI services in the uv-workspace monorepo with typed RPC contracts; the Django admin/operational layer where needed. • Auth & security — JWT, password hashing, 2FA/OTP. • Reliability — transactional-outbox patterns, background workers, observability (Prometheus/Grafana), pytest coverage on money paths. • Partnering with compliance on KYC/AML and multi-jurisdiction requirements (LatAm live, Cyprus incorporating). • Taking full ownership of the ledger, then raising the bar on correctness and reconciliation tooling. Must-have • Expert Python 3.11+; async/await; fluent type hints. • FastAPI in production (routers, dependencies, middleware, background tasks). • SQLAlchemy 2.0 + SQLModel (async) and asyncpg. • PostgreSQL depth — schema design, indexing, transactions/isolation, migrations. • Pydantic v2. • Financial-systems experience: double-entry ledgers, idempotency, reconciliation, payments — this is the core requirement, not a bonus. • Auth flows (JWT, hashing); security-minded. • Docker; Redis/Valkey. • Languages: professional working English required; Russian a strong plus. Senior Backend Engineer — Fintech / Payments 2 Nice-to-have • Django (the admin service). • Payments / PSP integrations; local payment rails / QR; settlement & chargeback flows. • iGaming or regulated-fintech production; audit/compliance (KYC/AML). • uv, Ruff, Pyright; microservices + RPC; transactional outbox. • Observability (Prometheus); aioboto3/S3; message-driven patterns. First 90 days Full ownership of the wallet/payments/settlement code; a reconciliation or idempotency improvement shipped; test coverage raised on money-mutating paths.

Context We run a new kind of platform for charity-driven lottery — a Python microservices backend plus React apps (operator Admin, player Webapp, web Cashier). This role owns the third-party integration surface (game providers + payments) and the operator Admin, working across backend and frontend. What you'll own • Game-provider integrations — the aggregation hub, the game providers contracts, launch / wallet / callback flows, and reconciliation against provider ledgers. • Payment integrations — the payment service and provider adapters (e.g. a LatAm payment provider): webhooks, callbacks, idempotent external calls, settlement hooks. • Operator Admin (fullstack) — the Django admin service and the React Admin app: CMS sections, operator workflows, limits/settlement screens. • Cashier flows where integration touches the terminal. • Backend services (FastAPI, uv-workspace) and the React/TanStack frontend as needed. Must-have • Strong Python + FastAPI (async); SQLAlchemy 2.0 / SQLModel; PostgreSQL. • Proven third-party API integration — webhooks, callbacks, idempotency, and reconciliation against external systems. • Fullstack — React 19 + TypeScript on the app stack (TanStack, Feature-Sliced); comfortable moving between backend and frontend. • Django (the admin service). • Docker; Redis/Valkey. • Languages: professional working English required; Russian a strong plus. Nice-to-have • iGaming / game-provider or payment-gateway (PSP) integration experience. • Orval/OpenAPI generated clients; message-driven / transactional-outbox patterns. • KYC/AML or settlement flows. • uv, Ruff, Pyright. First 90 days Own the game-provider + payment integration surface and the Admin app; onboard or harden one provider integration end-to-end, with reconciliation in place.
