Variety of clients, from small farmers, local supermarkets, self-employed,to international corporations.- Mentoring and development to junior staff, including on the job feedback andtraining- Ensure standards and procedures are maintained- Drafting audit opinions and other reporting documents- Ensuring clients are billed according to agreed billed plans- Business development including working with other colleagues- Be a point of contact for clients throughout the year- Assisting with ad hoc queries and advisory work- Delivering an excellent client serviceKey Accountabilities- Strong experience in working with practice and have exposure to the essentialelements of client service and delivery.- Accountancy qualification such as ACA or ACCA- 2 years post qualification experience- Prior experience of working as an audit assistant manager or audit manager- Excellent skills in using Microsoft office and Caseware- People skills since you will be a key point of contact for clients during the year- Experience in delivery of a portfolio of audit work across a range of activitiescovering key risk areas including strategic, financial, operational and IT- Experience in leading assignment audit teams- Expert knowledge of English language written and verbal- Third language Russian, Spanish, German is a plus.
