We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Limassol. As Moving Doors "Boots on the ground" you will help transport and assemble furniture, install and repair electrical equipment and address any maintenance issues at our properties as they occur. You will report to our Head of Maintenance and work in close collaboration with our Guest Relations Officers. The ideal candidate should be a team player with a hands-on mentality and have basic handyman skills such as performing general repairs and maintenance tasks. What you'll be doing:Assist the maintenance team to move furniture and equipment from the warehouse to new units. Assemble furniture in new units.Maintain records of stock and supplies in our warehouse.Install electrical equipment, including lighting, power outlets, and appliances (e.g. dishwashers and washing machines).Collaborate with Guest Relations Officers to prioritize and address guest appliance issues. Visit guest flats to diagnose and repair appliance problems (e.g. fix lightning, electricity, plumbing, air-conditioning).Trouble shoot wifi connectivity issues.
