Vrissiana Beach Hotel is seeking a SUSHI CHEF to join its Kitchen team. We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and become part of our team. Responsibilities * Organize and manage daily kitchen operations. * Prepare and supervise shawarma, shashlik, lula kebab, grilled meats, hot dishes, cold preparations, and homemade sauces. * Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation. * Train and supervise the kitchen team. * Control inventory, food costs, and waste. * Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene. Requirements * Experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef. * Strong experience with grilled meats, BBQ, and food preparation. * Good leadership and organizational skills. * Responsibility, attention to detail, and passion for quality food. * Good command of Russian and is required.
