Administration officer
Vrissiana Beach Hotel is seeking an ADMINISTRATION OFFICER to join its team. This role is ideal for organized, discreet, and responsible individuals who can efficiently manage administrative tasks and confidential documents within a professional hotel environment.
Duties
• Handling and organizing hotel documents and administrative records
• Assisting with employee files, contracts, and internal documentation
• Managing emails, phone calls, and daily office communication
• Coordinating with different hotel departments when required
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
• Assisting with data entry, reporting, and filing systems
• Supporting management with general administrative duties
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements
• Previous experience in administration or office support will be considered an advantage
• Fluent Greek language is required
• Good knowledge of English language
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Discreet, trustworthy, and professional personality
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• EU citizens only
