We are looking for a motivated HR professional to join our office in Limassol! If you have an interest in HR within the financial sector and are familiar with the Cypriot job market, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting employee onboarding across different company departments.

• Managing the full employment cycle: preparing employment contracts and ensuring compliance with Cyprus labor legislation.

• Organizing employee training and development programs, as well as performance evaluations.

• Advising management and employees on HR-related matters.

• Maintaining internal HR documentation and personnel reports.

Requirements:

• Previous HR experience is considered an advantage.

• Experience working with local documentation (work permits, visas, etc.) is a plus.

• Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken.

• Understanding of HR processes and methodologies.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

• Valid work permit in Cyprus.
