As we scale our operations on Amazon, Germany and EU marketplaces, we are looking for a proactive E-commerce Operations Manager to join our team in close tandem with the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Logistics Management: Monitor inventory levels across Amazon FBA and 3PL warehouses, plan and schedule shipments, coordinate with logistics partners, and track product expiration dates (MHD).

Content & SEO Optimization: Administer the Amazon account, create high-quality product listings, and write flawless, high-converting SEO copy in German.

Customer Care: Provide empathetic and professional support to German-speaking customers, manage product reviews, and handle technical cases with marketplace support platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in close synergy with our design team (developing briefs for product infographics, premium A+ content, and packaging updates).

What We Expect From You:

Fluent German (C1 level): Flawless written communication. You understand linguistic nuances and can craft compelling copy and handle customer inquiries with ease.

1.5–2+ years of e-Commerce experience: A solid grasp of Amazon operational models (FBA/FBM). Previous experience in the supplements or food niches is a major plus.

Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with e-Com analytics tools.

Proactivity: A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently, propose solutions, and take ownership of your tasks.
