Main Responsibilities: Handle daily office administration, emails, and phone calls.

Assist with vendor and supplier communications (wineries, restaurants, and catering).

Help track basic event expenses, invoices, and logistics.

Keep files, spreadsheets, and schedules organized.

Requirements:

* Good organizational and time-management skills.

* Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).

* Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, and emails).

* Friendly, professional attitude and a team player.

* Previous office or hospitality experience is a plus, but a great attitude is essential!
