Are you energetic, resourceful, and highly organized? We are looking for a motivated Office Manager to become the operational backbone of our growing Forex company in Limassol.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role. You will work closely with our senior management team to ensure our offices run seamlessly, tackling daily administrative, financial, and logistical tasks with efficiency and a proactive attitude.

📋 What You'll Do

Management Support: Work directly with the senior management team to assist with daily operational needs.

Calendar Logistics: Actively check, maintain, and follow up on executive and office calendars.

Facilities & IT Checkups: Ensure all office equipment and utilities are running smoothly, including regularly checking the internet connection and troubleshooting routine issues.

Financial Admin: Handle regular office expenses, pay utility bills, and coordinate with vendors.

Supply Management: Arrange, order, and restock office supplies, furniture, and kitchen inventory across multiple locations.

Vendor Coordination: Communicate efficiently with local authorities, service providers, landlords, and maintenance teams.

👤 What We're Looking For

Language Skills: Full fluency in both English and Greek (written and spoken) is required.

Key Attributes: A strong problem-solver with excellent organizational skills and a "can-do" attitude.

Pressure Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.

Mobility: Valid driving license to travel between our Limassol office locations when needed.

Experience: Previous experience in office administration, operations, or the Forex sector is a distinct advantage.

💰 What We Offer

Salary: €2,000 Gross per Month.

Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses tied to completed missions and operational achievements.

Working Hours: Shift options available (08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00).
