**Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant (Remote – Cyprus)**

We are an international retail business specialising in automotive collectibles, including premium illuminated signs and memorabilia sold to customers worldwide.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant to support our growing business. This is a full-time remote position for a candidate based in Cyprus.

### Key Responsibilities

* Managing email correspondence and customer enquiries

* Providing administrative support to management

* Maintaining spreadsheets and business records

* Coordinating orders, shipments, and supplier communications

* Preparing documents and reports as required

* Following up with customers and business partners

* Assisting with scheduling, organisation, and day-to-day operations

* Handling confidential business information professionally

### Requirements

* **Cyprus or EU citizenship (essential)**

* Excellent written and spoken English

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Comfortable using Google Workspace, including Gmail and Google Sheets

* Professional communication skills

* Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

* Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working environment

### Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role

* Greek language skills

* Russian language skills

* University degree or equivalent professional experience
