Key Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements accurately while identifying customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles and optional extras

• Actively promote and upsell products and services to maximize sales performance (commission-based incentives)

• Deliver exceptional customer service across all interactions (in person, phone, and email)

• Meet and exceed sales targets and service quality standards

• Handle administrative duties, including daily operational lists and reporting

• Maintain clear, friendly, and professional communication with customers at all times

• Support vehicle returns, inspections, and turnaround processes when required

• Assist with additional duties as needed to support branch operations

Your Profile

• Strong command of English (additional languages are an advantage)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Previous experience in sales or commission-based roles is preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Ability to follow structured sales and customer service processes

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively

• Able to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or challenging situations

• Willingness to wear company uniform
