Job Description:

The property manager will work in a fast-paced office in Larnaca, Cyprus managing operations in real estate investments located in different cities across several countries. The manager will participate in day to day virtual meetings with local operations team help establish project schedules, tackle and hoc problems and oversee the overall property manager.

Education and Requirements:

Undergraduate degree required in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate Management, Information Systems and Statistics will be considered as a plus.

Postgraduate degree in MBA, Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate Management, Data Analysis, and any other relevant discipline will be considered as an advantage.

2-3 years’ experience within a managerial role.

Fluent in English.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, or coordinate property management project and activities relating to residential and commercial projects.

Direct and supervise maintenance work.

Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.

Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems.

Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other environmental regulations.

Address tenant questions and negotiate tenant matters.
