GPA Upgraded Homes Ltd is looking to recruit a Civil Engineer to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

We are seeking a motivated, organised and proactive Civil Engineer to support the successful delivery of our residential developments.

### Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate construction sites.

- Monitor construction progress, quality and project schedules.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects and consultants.

- Review engineering drawings and technical specifications.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Resolve technical issues and support site operations.

### Requirements

- Degree in Civil Engineering.

- Previous experience in construction or property development will be considered an advantage.

- Excellent command of Greek and English.

- Strong organisational and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

- Valid driving licence.
