Key Responsibilities

• Client communication and support.

• Coordination of appointments and lawyers' schedules.

• Management of incoming calls and correspondence.

• Monitoring pending matters and following up with clients.

• Organising files and maintaining accurate internal records.

• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the firm.

• Assisting the legal team with administrative and operational matters.

• Coordinating internal workflows to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

• Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• High level of discretion, integrity and confidentiality.

• Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.

• Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.

• Previous experience in a professional services environment will be considered an advantage but is not essential.
