* Handle incoming calls, emails, and general administrative correspondence.
* Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, payment receipts, and maintain accurate records.
* Coordinate appointments and support the smooth daily operation of the showroom.
* Assist with filing, documentation, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
* Fluent in English and Greek (both spoken and written).
* Russian language is considered an advantage.
* Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role is preferred.
