Η εταιρεία μας αναζητά Τεχνικό / Χειριστή Μηχανής για γραμμή εμφιάλωσης νερού στην βιομηχανικη περιοχη εργατων. The Logistics Operator is responsible for the accurate, safe, and efficienthandling of goods within the Distribution Centre. The role ensures smoothwarehouse operations through proper loading, unloading, order preparation, andstrict adherence to safety and quality standards.The position is primarily operational and plays a key role in supporting overallwarehouse performance and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Prepare customer orders accurately and on time Operate forklifts (counterbalance, reach truck, pallet stacker) and otherwarehouse equipment Perform daily equipment safety checks Ensure correct storage and handling of materials Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock counts Follow SAP or warehouse system processes for order handling Maintain warehouse organization according to 5S standards Comply strictly with health & safety procedures Collaborate with warehouse team, drivers, and customer service Support general warehouse and yard operations as requiredReporting LineReports directly to the Warehouse / Logistics Supervisor.KPIs & Performance IndicatorsSuccess in this role is measured by: Accuracy and completeness of order preparation Loading and unloading efficiency Inventory accuracy Compliance with safety regulations Reliability and teamwork Proper equipment handlingPerformance is evaluated through ongoing supervisor feedback and annualperformance review.Work Environment Based at the Limassol Distribution Center Work takes place in warehouse and yard areas Physically demanding role (lifting, moving, machinery operation) Collaborative, respectful, and improvement-oriented cultureWorking HoursTwo shift schedule: 07:00 – 15:00 09:00 – 17:00Primarily daytime work with occasional flexibility depending on workload.RequirementsEducation Secondary education Valid Category B driving licenseExperience Ideally 2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, ormanufacturing Forklift experience is preferredSkills & Competencies Good understanding of warehouse operations Basic system literacy (SAP is an advantage) Strong safety awareness Team-oriented mindset Reliable and responsible Ability to work in a physically demanding environmentLanguages Greek preferred Basic English is an advantageTraining & Development Forklift and safety training Client’s operating standards training Warehouse organization processes Continuous development opportunitiesCompensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience 13th salary Annual performance assessment Private medical insurance Provident Fund (after 6 months) Continuous training and development
