Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a client, a leading corporate solutions provider is seeking a Junior Administrator to join its team in Nicosia. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and check simple documents (e.g., forms, letters, basic company documents) in English (and Greek when needed). • Organise and update client files (digital and/or physical), making sure all documents are complete and correctly named. • Help with incorporation and ongoing company administration tasks (e.g., preparing standard templates, checking details, sending emails). • Support with banking, immigration, and compliance tasks by collecting documents, sending reminders, and updating trackers. • Answer emails and calls, forward requests to the right person, and keep clients informed on simple matters. • Update internal spreadsheets and lists (e.g., task trackers, deadlines, contact lists). • Do other basic administrative tasks as requested by the manager. Requirements • Degree or diploma in Business, Administration, or related field (or final-year student). • 0–2 year of experience in an office/admin role (internships count). • Very Good English (written and spoken); Greek is a must • Good computer skills: Word, Excel, emails • Organised, careful with details, and able to follow instructions.
