Secretary / personal administrative assistant part-time or full-time
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Secretary / Personal Administrative Assistant to support a busy professional with day-to-day administrative and business tasks.
This position is available on either a part-time or full-time basis, depending on the candidate's availability and experience.
Responsibilities
Managing and responding to emails
Following up with clients and business contacts
Creating, editing, and publishing online posts and content
Organizing schedules, documents, and administrative tasks
Using various digital tools and AI software to improve productivity and ensure high-quality work
Performing general administrative and personal assistant duties
Supporting day-to-day business operations
Requirements
European citizen (preference will be given to candidates from Cyprus)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Hardworking, proactive, and able to work independently
Open-minded with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good computer skills and confidence using modern online tools
Fluent English is required
Greek is highly preferred
Russian is an advantage
Previous administrative or secretary experience is a plus, but not essential for the right candidate
