Requirements * Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality, or another customer-facing role; * Fluent Russian is required; * Conversational English or Greek; * Good computer skills; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Responsible, friendly, detail-oriented, and a team player; * Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations; * Valid permit to work in the Republic of Cyprus.
