What you'll be working on:

- Creating a comfortable and welcoming office environment for the team;

- Managing day-to-day office operations, suppliers, inventory, catering and employee requests;

- Organizing and supporting internal events, team activities and office initiatives;

- Coordinating office logistics, purchases and other administrative tasks;

- Continuously improving the overall employee and office experience.

What we expect from you:

- At least 2 years of experience in Office Management, Administration, Workplace Experience or a similar role;

- Fluent English and Greek; Russian will be as plus;

- Hands-on experience with office operations, suppliers, purchasing, logistics, event organization, travel support, and administrative tasks;

- A genuine people-oriented mindset and willingness to help others;

- Strong organizational skills, attention to details and the ability to keep multiple tasks under control;

- Proactive and independent approach — you notice what needs to be done and take ownership of it;

- Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to different operational and employee needs.
