Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες• Διαχείριση κρατήσεων: Αποτελεσματική διαχείριση και καταχώρηση αιτημάτων για κρατήσεις δωματίων (μέσω τηλεφώνου, email και online πλατφορμών) • Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών: Παροχή υψηλού επιπέδου υπηρεσιών με επαγγελματισμό, ευγένεια και συνέπεια.• Προώθηση πωλήσεων: Κατάρτιση και αποστολή εξατομικευμένων προσφορών, εφαρμογή τεχνικών up-selling και cross-selling για τη μεγιστοποίηση των εσόδων.• Διασφάλιση ποιότητας: Ακριβής καταχώρηση των στοιχείων των επισκεπτών στο ξενοδοχειακό πρόγραμμα και διατήρηση ενημερωμένου αρχείου.• Συνεργασία τμημάτων: Άμεση επικοινωνία με τα τμήματα της Υποδοχής (Front Office) και των Πωλήσεων για την άψογη προετοιμασία της άφιξης των επισκεπτών.Απαραίτητα Προσόντα• Γλωσσικές ικανότητες: Μητρική ή άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά) με εξαιρετική ευχέρεια στην επαγγελματική επικοινωνία.• Ξένες γλώσσες: Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
