We are a well-established Accounting and Auditing firm seeking to recruit a Secretary / Administrator to join our professional team.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls and emails

Manage correspondence, filing, and office documentation

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Provide administrative support to management and staff

Prepare documents, reports, and presentations

Maintain organized office records and assist with general office administration

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

Strong computer literacy and confidence using office software

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Greek (additional languages are an advantage)

Professional, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Remuneration & Benefits

Annual Gross Salary: Competitive remuneration package, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 (including lunch break)
