Vrissiana Beach Hotel is looking for a motivated, organized and people-oriented HR Administrator to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Human Resource Management and has a genuine passion for HR and working with people.

The successful candidate will be an important point of contact for our employees and will work closely with all departments of Vrissiana Beach Hotel, supporting both employees and management in the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

-Managing and maintaining employee files, contracts and HR documentation

-Supporting the recruitment and selection process, including posting vacancies, screening CVs and arranging interviews

-Assisting with employee onboarding and induction

-Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and requests

-Communicating and cooperating with all hotel departments and department heads

-Supporting management with daily HR administration and employee matters

-Monitoring employee attendance, working schedules, annual leave and HR records

-Assisting with payroll-related information and maintaining accurate employee data

-Preparing HR reports, documents, letters and internal communications

-Supporting the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures

-Maintaining confidentiality of employee and company information

-Assisting with employee relations and helping resolve workplace issues professionally

-Supporting staff training, development and employee engagement activities

-Keeping HR records accurate, organized and up to date

-Assisting with general administration within the HR Department when required

Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Human Resource Management is required

-Previous HR or hotel HR experience will be considered an advantage

-Genuine passion for Human Resources and working with people

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Strong organizational and administrative abilities

-Ability to communicate professionally with employees at all levels

-Excellent English; Greek will be considered an advantage

-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

-High level of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism

-Strong attention to detail

-Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy hotel environment

-Positive attitude, initiative and willingness to take responsibility

-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
