We are looking for a reliable, English-speaking person to act as our local assistant / boots on the ground in Cyprus when our team is overseas.

Typical tasks may include:

* Checking and collecting mail/deliveries

* Scanning/photographing and securely forwarding documents

* Dropping off or collecting paperwork

* Visiting properties/offices when required

* Providing access to contractors or service providers

* Occasional administrative errands

* Travelling between our properties in Larnaca and Paralimni when needed

* Other small local tasks that are difficult for us to handle while abroad

Requirements:

* Fluent or very good English

* Own car and driving licence

* Reliable and responsive on WhatsApp

* Comfortable handling private/confidential documents

* Trustworthy and organised

* Flexible availability for occasional tasks

* Based around Larnaca/Paralimni or eastern Cyprus preferred

This would initially be a part-time/freelance arrangement paid by the hour.

The workload will normally be light and flexible, but we are looking for someone we can build a long-term, trusted working relationship with.
